Routines & Structure
Lesson 1 of 5
Morning routines that actually work
Mornings are a transition stacked on a transition. Build them like that.
A working morning routine is short, visual, and the same every day. Try: wake → bathroom → clothes laid out the night before → breakfast → teeth → backpack (also packed the night before) → shoes → door.
Fewer decisions in the morning. Pack and lay out the night before. Use a visual chart your kid can check off.
I Do / We Do / You Do
I do
I'll pack one thing the night before tonight.
We do
We'll build a visual morning chart together this weekend.
You do
Use the same routine, in the same order, for 7 days. Don't tweak yet — just run it.
