Teeth talk when words are too slow.
Spot the clue: Biting & Pinching
| The clue you see | What it means | Do tonight |
|---|---|---|
| Bites when a toy is taken | No words fast enough for the injustice. | "Biting hurts. Say 'my turn.'" Every time, same words. |
| Bites during hugs or excitement | Love bites are overflow, not anger. | Show gentle: squeeze hands, not teeth. |
| Bites when crowded or overwhelmed | Too many bodies, not enough space. | More space, fewer kids, shorter playdates for now. |
| Bites, then looks shocked | The impulse won before the brakes worked. | Comfort the bitten child first. Teach the biter after. |
| Pinches during diaper or clothes changes | Feels held down and helpless. | Slow down, narrate each step, give them a job to hold. |
