Service Minutes Tracker
Make the school prove the minutes.
The IEP promises a number of minutes for each service every week. Schools rarely send proof. This is where you keep the receipts — what was promised, what was delivered, and the paper trail when minutes go missing.
Step 1
List the services in the IEP
Add one row per service. You only do this once — or update it when the IEP changes.
Step 2
Log this week (60 seconds)
Each Friday, write what was actually delivered. Upload the teacher's session note, log sheet, or email if you got one.
Add at least one service in Step 1 first.
Step 3
Use the receipts
